Please note that a $100 deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment. No appointments are made without deposit.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price.
If you cancel same day, or miss your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit.
This is non-negotiable.
I totally understand stuff happens, so you are allowed to reschedule once with out losing deposit. If you do need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours and I will make every effort to rebook you as soon as possible - remember that it could be 3-4 months out.
A note about lateness:
I allow a 10 minute window for ALL appointments. That means upstairs, on the table no later than 10 minutes past your appointment time. This is non-negotiable. I book out a specific amount of time per person to ensure I have the time to complete your service in the way it was intended - with my full focus, no rushing, and the ability to discuss every detail. If you are late and I cannot take you I will rebook you for the next soonest appointment (keep in mind it could be 3-4 months out). I value your time as much as my own so this rule is in place to keep the day running smoothly for everyone! :)
